This Privacy Policy applies to the shopping website "Emoottoo" and any other services operated by Tradeber E-marketing, Inc. that link to this website (hereinafter referred to as the "Services"). In this Privacy Policy, "we" refers to Tradeber E-marketing, Inc., while "you" or "User" refers to the individuals described in the information collected and used by Tradeber—such as consumers and merchants. Please read this document carefully to understand how we collect, use, share, and protect information, including information that may identify you personally.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to companies that we do not own or control, nor does it apply to individuals whom we do not manage. For example, this Privacy Policy does not apply to a merchant's use of a purchaser's shipping information. Any terms not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Terms of Use associated with your use of the Services.
We operate the Tradeber platform, which allows merchants to list products and enables users to find and purchase those products. We collect and use information from users (buyers) and merchants (sellers) to facilitate product listings, shopping, and shipping.
By using or accessing the Services, you agree that we may collect, use, and share your information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy. You have choices regarding whether to provide information to us and how we use that information. You may choose not to provide information to us; however, doing so may prevent you from using the Services or limit your access to certain features. For instance, if you do not provide a payment method, you may be unable to make purchases. For more information regarding your choices, please refer to Section 7.
We are constantly working to improve the Services; consequently, we may need to update this Privacy Policy. We will update this Privacy Policy in response to changes in applicable laws, the Services, our company, or technological advancements. In certain circumstances, we share information between merchants and users (i.e., buyers). For instance, we may provide users with information regarding a merchant's store. Additionally, when a user utilizes our Services to complete a purchase, we typically share the information necessary to fulfill that purchase (such as the shipping address and phone number) with the merchant (i.e., the seller) or their service providers (e.g., logistics companies). Information shared with sellers and their service providers is subject to their respective policies.
Furthermore, certain details of your personal profile (including your name, address, and photo) may be visible to other users. When you send messages, post comments, or upload images or videos via the Services, your username may also be displayed to other users, who may then contact you via messages or comments. Please exercise caution and good judgment before sharing personal information in public areas of the Services. 5.3 Advertisers
We may allow advertisers (including merchants, hereinafter referred to as "Advertisers") to select specific user groups to display their product information, advertisements, or promotional offers, based on shared characteristics of those user groups (e.g., similar usage patterns). For example, if you have previously purchased wine-related products, we may display service offers to you that involve the sale of wine or similar products. If an Advertiser requests that we display an advertisement to a specific audience or audience segment, and you respond to that advertisement, the Advertiser may infer that you fit the demographic description of their target audience.
5.4 Business Transfers
We may choose to buy or sell assets, and in the process of evaluating and executing such transactions, we may share or transfer user information (including personal information). Furthermore, if we (or our assets) are acquired, or if we cease operations, enter bankruptcy, or undergo any other change of control, user information may be transferred to or acquired by a third party as one of the assets involved.

If you delete your account, we will retain only your purchase and payment information in order to fulfill our legal obligations. Please note that we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity and the authenticity of your request. Once verified, we will retain a record of your request, even if our practices change. You have the right not to be discriminated against by us for exercising any of the rights granted to you under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
We may disclose your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes in order to provide you with interest-based advertising. For more information, please refer to the "Supplemental Privacy Notice for California Residents" in Section 13 below.
8.3 Nevada Residents
Under Nevada law, certain Nevada...Nevada consumers have the option to opt out of the sale of their "personally identifiable information" to third parties for monetary consideration, thereby preventing such third parties from licensing or selling such information to others. "Personally identifiable information" includes names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, Social Security numbers, or any other identifier that enables the specific individual to be contacted either physically or online.

10. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect or solicit "personal information" (as defined by the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register for our services or send us any personal information about yourself. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information. For residents of the EU/EEA: where the processing of personal data is based on consent, we will not knowingly engage in such processing for users who have not reached the age of consent as stipulated by the applicable Member State or data protection laws. This Supplemental Privacy Statement supplements the information contained in our Privacy Policy outlined above and applies solely to California residents.

13.3 No Sale of Personal Information.
In the twelve months preceding the effective date of this disclosure, we have not sold the personal information of any consumers, as these terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act.

Typically, you will need to demonstrate that you have control over the relevant account and reside in California. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. To do so, you must provide us with a written authorization or power of attorney, signed by you, authorizing the agent to act on your behalf. You will still be required to verify your identity directly with us.
