Large Item Delivery

For bulky furniture, our carriers will contact you 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to schedule a 4-hour window.

To ensure a smooth arrival, please inform us of any specific conditions:

Cul-de-sacs or narrow driveways
Islands requiring ferry access
Specific parking or alternative entrances (side doors/garages)

Upon Receipt

For your peace of mind, please inspect your package immediately. In the rare case of damage during transit:

Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt/bill of lading.
Contact cs@emoottoo.us within 24 hours with photos or videos.
Retain all original packaging for inspection.
